Summer classes started in June 2008 in Charlestown, Quincy and Centerville.  Next class will be offered in January 2009
Summer class started in Millis in July - next class will be offered in February 2009
Fall classes will be offered starting in early September in Plymouth on Monday night and in a new location - Hingham - on Wednesday mornings.  This location replaces the Braintree location.
Wickford, RI, Dartmouth and will delay classes until January, 2009

Upon graduation - you are a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT) and qualified to become a Registered Yoga Teacher (R.Y.T.) with the National Yoga Alliance. This is an approved yoga school with the National Yoga Alliance.

Format:  Basic Yoga Teacher Certification - 200 hours
Weekly classes for 6 1/2 months and six (6) 15 hour weekend intensives to be held at the Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center, Braintree.

  • 10:30am -1:30pm  next class starts in April 2009
Thursday evening:                    
  • The Yoga Studio, Millis                       
  • 6:30-9:30pm - next class starts in February 2009
  • Charlestown Yoga Studio                   
  • 7:15pm-10:15pm - next class starts in January 2009
Note: we must have a minimum of six (6) students enrolled at a location to allow the class to run.  Please check with Maureen Spencer to make sure your selected location has the minimum amount of students enrolled.  We will notify you as well.     
                                                         
  

 

Students meet together in the weekend intensives.  All weekend intensives will be held at the Braintree Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center, 37 Forbes Road, Braintree, Ma.   These are the scheduled workshops by a expert panel of faculty.  Agenda will be distributed with teaching curriculum

Class time is from 9:30am - 5:30pm
